How To Keep Your Skin Healthy

Hello everyone and today's blog post is about how to keep your skin healthy. We both have a bit of acne on our faces and we have a wash of keeping our skin clear and keep it healthy. We have found that buy using these products it really clears up most of our acne and it keeps our skin healthy.

These are the best products that we have tried, they are all from freederm as you can see.
The first step out of these is the facial cleanser. This works just like soap/shower jel as it cleans the skin as you don't want to be putting moisturiser or anything on before you have cleaned your face. Once you have used this your skin feels really clean and you can feel like it's going to help your skin.
The next step after you have cleansed your skin you the put this over your acne. This basically just reduces the redness so they are less obvious. We've found that this really does help with the redness as after a while they look smaller and less red.
The last step is to add this moisturiser, this makes your skin feel really soft. The directions say to only put a small amount on and to run it in fully as it works better. For the best results do all of these steps in order and do it twice daily, although it works quickly it won't get rid of all acne straight away.
