How To Stay Positive This Year

Hello, today this blog post is about how to stay positive this year. As you know it's a whole new year. We both want to stay positive this year and have a year that isn't too stressed, here we have some of the ways that we can all stay positive. We are making sure that we are positive this year and not too stressed with our GCSEs, all our teachers etc go on saying how stressful this year is going to be for us so we are trying to get less stressed as if we are too stressed we won't do it to our best ability. A way to do this is to start revising early, this ensures that we know all the things for our exams and we are prepared for them, the other way is to get plenty of sleep because if we don't then our minds will wonder and we will do bad. To do well we also have to think that we can do it all as if we are negative then we will get nowhere!

The first way is to have a balanced diet, it's always good to have a good diet as you become healthier and will feel better so then you can be positive about life and feel good about yourself. Due to all the goodness in a balanced diet it makes you feel better than eating things that really aren't good for you. As well as having a good diet you will also need the minimum of 8 hours sleep this means that your brain has been resting enough to be good to go the next day, it is also good as you can get a good rest and be re-energised for the next day.

Another way is to get rid of negative people. If you have a friend or friends that always bring you down and make you feel negative then get them out of your life, it's always good to have people around you that are positive and not negative as it changes you attitude on life, and you will begin to feel better about life and will be happier. By getting rid of them it means that your not bought down by them and you can become much more positive.

To stay positive you need to think and act positive if you have a negative mind then your not going to get anywhere. Instead of thinking or saying "I can't" think "I can" if you really want something then you will work towards it until you get it you just have to believe you can do it and tell yourself you can. Like us you have to think that you can do it, it's always better to think you can do it then just saying you can't over and over again as you won't get far but having a positive mind will make you want to put more effort in to then get what you want at the end!
