Hello everybody! Welcome back to our blog. Today's blog post is by Lydia and by the title it is a book review. The book I will be reviewing is Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell.

Recently I have been really getting into reading again, and was looking for more books to read. Jade let me borrow a couple of books to read that she really liked. The first book that I read from the selection was Eleanor & Park. This is one of Jade's favourite books, she loves it so much she wanted me to read it, so I did. It's safe to say it is such a good book, like honestly a great book.

The storyline is about two sixteen-year-olds, Eleanor who has curly red hair, and wears men's clothes who recently moved to Omaha, Nebraska (where the book is set) and feels like an outsider as she is new. Then there is Park an Asian American who although he's lived on Omaha all his life feels like an outsider too. Eleanor and Park meet on the bus when no one lets Eleanor sit down, Park is forced to let her sit next to him. Then after riding on the bus with each other they gradually become friends.

If you haven't read this book before, I seriously recommend it. Once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down. Rainbow Rowell did a great job at writing this book, because like Jade it's now one of my favourite books. Its such a feelgood book that makes you smile and that is something I quite like. The romance is subtle and the style of writing is second to none, it is definitely worth a read.

Hello everybody, welcome back to our blog! How are you today? As you can tell by the title this blog post is my (Lydia) February favourites. These are the things I have been obsessed with and loving over the past month. So, without further ado, lets get on with the blog post!

The first of my February favourites is this nail polish. At the moment this is my go to colour, I love it! It's by Avon, it is called Mark. Gel Shine Nail Enamel in the colour 'Moody'. I don't know if it is still on sale as I have had it for a while, but have only just started to use it regularly recently.

My second favourite of February is the Zoella Winter wonderhand hand cream. I absolutely love this hand cream its amazing! My hands become quite dry at times especially in the colder months and its freezing at the moment so my hands are suffering, which is where this hand cream is a life saver, it makes my hands soft again after a day or two of using it. I got this in the Zoella Snowella Treasure Me Pamper box, I absolutely love it!

My next February favourite is this face cream. This face cream is Avon True Nutra Effects Radiance Night Cream, as it is a night cream I obviously use it before I go to bed. I wash my face and then use this, it makes my skin feel very soft, I've used this for a while now, but thought it had to be part of my February favourites. It is also at a very good price of £4.50.

The fourth thing I have been obsessed with in February is a TV Series. I'm sure all of you have heard of a Series called 'Friends'. I had seen odd episodes and clips etc of the show and I've loved it, but I've never watched episodes in order or all of the episodes even though I really wanted to. However, on the 1st January 2018, Netflix added all of the seasons of Friends, I was so excited I started watching them. I have almost finished watching all of the seasons, I just have a couple of episodes left. I love it so much!

My fifth and final favourite of February is a book. This book has been around for a while and has even had a film made based on it. It's called 'The Girl On The Train' by Paula Hawkins. I had heard of it but not read the book or seen the film, however, my mum had the book and read it so we had it in the house. I was looking for a book to read as I hadn't sat down and properly read for ages. So, I picked this book up, and couldn't put it down, It's a great book, I couldn't stop reading it. If you haven't read it before I would definitely recommend it!
